We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own and lead the entire development path of highly technical complex products in a multidisciplinary environment.
In your day-to-day you’ll
• Manage and lead complex development projects in the fields of aviation, space and advanced industry in Israel and abroad, from the stage of defining requirements and planning through writing proposals and documents, demonstrations, negotiations and contracts and financial management, to the stage of development, setting up, delivery to the customer and transfer to production
• Matrix management of the development teams in the fields of software, hardware, algorithms, optics
• Own the financial management of the projects while meeting the budget and meeting profit indicators
• Work with multiple interfaces, information systems and data
• Monitor the execution of tasks and implementation of plans
• Integrate work with all departments in the company including CEO, finance, HR, legal, IP, marketing and business development, product, development, quality assurance and more
To excel in this role, we need you to have
• B.Sc in relevant fields (software/computers/electricity/aeronautics/mechanical)
• At least 3 years of experience in managing system development projects (hardware, software, algorithms, integration)
• Proven track record delivering successful projects
• Proven experience in managing large-scale R&D projects
• Proven experience in dealing with large clients in Israel and abroad
• Work in a multi-interface environment, including an interface with customers
• Budget management, commercial capabilities and preparation of work agreements with suppliers
• Ability to manage negotiations
• High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Willingness to field work and overtime, including traveling abroad
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
