We are seeking a highly talented Production Engineer to join our thriving team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a vital role in our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for supporting our cleanroom production line, ensuring the robust operation and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will also be involved in bringing new products from design to full-scale production and collaborating closely with various departments to achieve optimal results.

In your day-to-day you’ll
• Support the daily operations of our start-up cleanroom production line.
• Implement ongoing improvements to production and assembly processes.
• Identify and analyze production line faults and failures.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure that product quality meets the highest standards.
• Participate in bringing new products from design and development to full-scale production.
• Collaborate effectively with Production, R&D, and Quality departments.

To excel in this role, we need you to have
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar production engineering role/s.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, design, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Deep understanding of production engineering principles and practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of relevant standards and materials usage.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

You can stand out from the crowd if you have
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with Aerospace/Medical serial production line operations.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot production failures.
