IDO MOLAD

Ido has over 17 years of experience in leading research and development of complex multidisciplinary systems, serving in multiple Systems Engineering and senior R&D Management roles, across various industries and domains.
At Odysight.AI Ido is in charge of building, mentoring and leading world class development teams, developing next generation Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) systems, based on visualization and AI platforms.

Prior to joining Odysight.AI, Ido served as VP R&D for Ecoppia Scientific (TLV:ECPA), where he managed the technological research and product development of fully autonomous robotic solutions for the PV solar industry, combined with IoT infrastructure and data analytics. Before Ecoppia, Ido served as VP R&D for High Sec Labs, a company focused on cyber-defense Embedded HW solutions in the field of network and computer peripheral isolation.

Previously, Ido worked for Elbit Systems (TLV:ESLT) – Aerospace division, in various systems engineering and management roles, developing safety critical Avionics Systems and other types of complex “System of Systems”.

Ido holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and MBA from Haifa University.
